1.Opšte informacije
Balkan Pool Tour je međunarodna turneja koje se sastoji
do pet (5) stanica u 2024. i to četiri kvalifikaciona turnira i Veliki Završni Masters , svaki, u organizaciji Međunarodne organizacije za promociju i razvoj biljara Balkan Pool Tour (BPT)


2. Obaveštenja
Ako je moguće, organizator će jedan (1) mjesec na facebook stranici Balkan Pool Tour postaviti najavu takmičenja sa „google formom“ za prijavu igrača .
Nakon prijave na google formi svaki takmičar će dobiti povratni mail kao potvrdu prijave.
Takmičari koji se prijave mogu se odjaviti najkasnije 7 dana prije početka takmičenja. Takmičar koji želi osigurati svoja mjesta na svim turnirima u sezoni može to obaviti prijevremenom uplatom kotizacije za svaki događaj.

3. Plaćanje kotizacije
A. Kotizacija za takmičare je 70 €
B. Kotizacija za takmičare koji su reprezentativci svoje zemlje - 100 €
Kotizacija se plaća na licu mjesta ili putem žiralnog računa. Prednost prijave ima uplata putem računa.
Promjena imena takmičara ili prodaja mjesta nakon plaćanja nije dopuštena,

4. Izvlačenje parova
Izvlačenje će biti objavljeno najkasnije nakon sastanka igrača koji se održava na dan akreditacije.

5. Poništenje prijave
Ako je igrač najavio učešće na Balkan Pool Tour događaj i platio je kotizaciju, dopušteno je otkazati učešće bez gubitka kotizacije. Otkazivanje će biti prihvaćeno ako je otkazivanje
poslato u pisanom obliku, minimalno sedam dana prije početka akreditacije događaja.
Moguća su samo otkazivanja unutar jedne (1) nedelje prije početka akreditacije događaja
besplatno, ako je igrač bolestan ili ima nezgodu ili događaj u tom smjeru. U tim slučajevima,
igrač je dužan provjeriti te okolnosti na odgovarajući način, na primjer kod liječnika
potvrdu ili službenu izveštaj o nezgodi.
Samo ako su svi dokumenti dostavljeni na vrijeme, max. dve (2) nedelje nakon otkazivanja, unos
naknada će biti proslijeđena na sljedeći događaj ili vraćena igraču. U svim ostalim slučajevima kotizacija se ne može se vratiti i stoga je izgubljena.
BPT zadržava pravo izdati ili odbiti povrat novca.
Ako se igrač najavi za događaj i odluči platiti po dolasku, ali se ne pojavi, plaćanje se vrši
još uvijek obavezujući jer nije primljen službeni otkaz. Igrač će biti blokiran i stavljen na LISTU DUŽNIKA što znači da se zaostala kotizacija prvo mora platiti prije nego što dotični igrač može prijaviti za sljedeći Balkan Pool Tour događaj.

6. Pravo učešća
Pravo učešća na BPT turneji imaju svi ljubitelji bilijara iz svih zemalja svijeta.

7. Akreditacija i susret sportaša
Miting takmičara održat će se oko 19.00h na dan akreditacije, poželjno je da svi igrači budu prisutni kako bi saznali najnovije promjene.
Igrači koji ne prisustvuju mitingu čine to na vlastitu odgovornost i trebaju biti upoznati s pravilima i pravila koja se odnose na ovaj turnir. Ždrijeb će biti službeno objavljen na facebook stranici Balkan PoolTour nakon sastanka igrača.

8. Format turnira
Sve stanice Balkan Pool Toura su turniri sa najmanje 128 i najviše 192 igrača, osim ako nije najavljeno drugačije, a turnir počinje dvostrukim nokautom. Pojedinačni nokaut počinje od zadnja 64. Turnir se igra sa 16 nositelja, koje će odrediti BPT. Samo prvi događaj u sezoni ima 8 nositelja koji su izborili najbolji plasman u prošloj sezoni.
Uprava turnira može promijeniti format Balkan Pool Toura.

9. Disciplina
9-Ball je disciplina koja se igra u mečevima redovnim do 9 ili do 8 dobijenih pratija a repasaž do 7 dobijenih partija. Direktor turnira zadržava pravo izmjene broj frejmova prije nego što počne turnir.
Poređanje kugle je tako da je 9-Ball na tačku . Jedinica i devetka zauzimaju standardnu poziciju dok ostale kugle se poredjaju po slučajnom izboru (različitio u svakom novom frejmu). U sprotivnom , ukoliko je to primećeno od strane oficijalnih lica igrač koji poređa kugle će biti kažnjen . Naizmenično razbijanje iz boksa i svako od igrača sam poređa kugle pre razbijanja.

10. Nagradni fond i bodovanje
Sva novčana nagrada bit će isplaćena putem bankovnog prijenosa ili direktno . Igrači koji imaju pravo naplate moraju osigurati i dostaviti BPT upravi tačne bankovne podatke. Ako su dostavljeni bankovni podaci, novčana nagrada bit će na računu igrača unutar max. četiri (4) tjedna nakon događaja, dio novčane nagrade automatski će se oduzeti kao naknada za plaćanje državne takse
Novčana nagrada za drugi po redu turnir u 2024. je sljedeća:

Nakon svake stanice Balkan Pool Toura za muškarce, nove Rang liste bit će ažurirane na fb stranici Balkan Pool Toura.
Od četiri (4) kvalifikacionih stanica turneje, najbolja tri (3) rezultata će se koristiti za formiranje
rankinga za učešće na Grand Mastersu


11. Grand Masters
Na Velikom Mastersu učestvovat će 24 takmičata i to:
Rang lista BPT 16
Pozivnice BPT 8 takmičara
Izvlačenje iz tri šešira.
Šešir A igrači od 1-8 mjesta na rankingu – kotizacija 100 €
Šešir B igrači od 9-16 mjesta na rankingu BPT – kotizacija 100 €
Šešir C igrači sa pozivnicama BPT – kotizacija 200 €
Turnir se igra po nokaut sistemu , svi mečevi do 7 dobijenih partija naizmjenično razbijanje.
U prvoj fazi igraju parovi izvučeni iz šešira B i C, a zatim pobjednici mečeva idu na takmičare iz A šešira.
Nagrade na Velikom Mastersu će biti prikupljane tokom cijele takmičarske sezone i sigurno će biti bogat fond nagrada sa velikom medijskom promocijom.


12. Sudije;
BPT će nastojati imati barem jednog voditelja takmičenja i jednog suca prisutnog na mjestu odigravanja tokom trajanja događaja. Igrači su odgovorni za izveštaj o ishodu meča kroz isporučenu opremu i odgovorni su za pozivanje suca kada je to potrebno.

13. Vremensko ograničenje
Kako bi se bolje kontrolirao raspored događaja, uvođenje mjerenja vremena može se implementirati u bilo koje vrijeme tijekom ili čak na početku meča i ovisi o nahođenju VT-a. Nakon što je uvedeno mjerenje vremena, vrijeme za svaki udarac je 35 sekundi, s opomenom nakon 25 sekundi. Svakom će takmičaru biti dopušteno jedan produžetak od 25 sekundi tokom svakog frejma. Vrijeme za udarac će se pokrenuti kada se sve kugle zaustave, uključujući kugle koje se vrte. Vrijeme za udarac će završiti kada vrh štap udari bijelu kuglu i započne udarac ili kada vreme igrača istekne na satu za mjerenje. Ako igrač nadmaši predvidjeno vreme, to će biti standardni faul.
Vrijeme za udarac će se automatski implementirati od početka polufinalnih i finalnih mečeva .
To je zbog činjenice da će se od tih mečeva vjerovatno napraviti TV produkcija.

14. Dolazak na meč;
Igrači moraju biti na mjestu događaja i spremni igrati svoj dodijeljeni meč 30 minuta prije
predviđenog vremena za njehgov meč..
Ako igrač kasni na svoje dodeljeno vrijeme meča (što je 30 minuta prije vremena navedenog u
šemu), on će imati najviše 15 minuta da se spreman javi za svoj dodijeljeni stol
da igra ili će izgubiti meč. . Službena lica turnira jedini imaju ovlasti to da sprovedu.
Ako se to dogodi u fazu pobjednika dvostruke eliminacije, on će biti stavljen u kategoriju gubitnika. U protivnom takav se igrač diskvalificira. Ako oba takmičara u jednom te istom meču u pobjedničku fazu stignu prekasno, obojica će biti diskvalificirani jer obojica ne mogu koristiti jedno i jedino postojeće mjesto u kategoriji gubitnika.

15. Pravila oblačenja;
Košulje i majice:
Košulje mogu biti bilo kojeg dizajna pod uvjetom da imaju kragnu, kratke rukave ili duge rukave i bilo koju boju.
Donji prsluk i potkošulja dopušteni su sve dok odgovaraju boji košulje ili
bijele ili crne. Košulje i majice moraju biti dovoljno dugačke da se istežu iznad stola, ne smije se vidjeti koža tijela.
Nije dopušteno nositi: majice bez rukava ili dodatnu odjeću na vrhu majice u obliku
džemper/pulover sa kapuljačom.
Cipele:
Cipele mogu biti svečane ili sportske. Cipele mogu biti bilo koje boje i moraju biti izrađene od
kože ili materijala sličnog koži. Sportske cipele moraju biti sve crne bez aplikacija. Nije dopušteno nositi sandale.

Pantalone:
Treba koristiti svečane i chino pantalone bilo koje boje koje su čiste i u dobrom stanju.
Hlače s nitnama, lancima, bočnim džepovima ispod bedra, kao i traperice i hlače od trapera ili
samt materijal nije dopušten. Ako hlače ne dosežu, potrebno je nositi čarape koje pokrivaju kožu
vrh cipele kada stojite.
Za žene, djevojke i žene dopuštene su crne ili podijeljene suknje.
Svako kršenje pravila odijevanja može rezultirati kaznom diskvalifikacije.

16.Hoteli i smještaj;
Rezervacije i hotelske obveze bit će dostupne prije događaja uz službenu pozivnicu turnira. Organizator takmičenja će se potruditi da obezbjedi dvije vrste sještaja, od toga jedan jeftiniji i jedan luksuzniji, a sve u skladu sa mogućnostima. Igrači nisu obavezni da spavaju u tim hotelima.
Više informacija o obvezi boravka u ponuđenom hotelu svaki igrač može pronaći
na pozivnicama za događaj.

17. Mediji i TV;
Igrač je suglasan ispuniti sve razumne zahtjeve Promotora na dane takmičenja kako bi pomogao
promociju u korist organizatora takmičenja ili sponzora serije.
Promotor i sponzori ne mogu se smatrati odgovornima za bilo kakve vrijedne predmete ostavljene bilo gdje u mjestu odigravanja u bilo koje vrijeme.
Igrači koji dovode događaj, sponzore ili službene osobe, uključujući mjesto održavanja na loš glas putem medija ili javni forumi podliježu pravilima i propisima koje je propisao BPT.

18. Ponuđena usluga prevoza;
Ako se nudi usluga prijevoza zračna luka-hotel/mjesto održavanja-zračna luka koju igrači rezerviraju, plaćanje ove usluge moraju platiti sami sportaši. Kako platiti naknadu za ovu uslugu organizator će najaviti u pozivnici.

20. Završna rečenica;
Uprava turnira uvijek ima pravo promijeniti pravila, navedena u ovom dokumentu,
imajući u vidu da je ova promjena za poboljšavanje Balkan Pool Toura. Promjene će se izvršiti u
konsultacije sa svim relevantnim učesniciima i organizatorima takmičenja, ali konačnu odluku donijet će menadžment turneje.
Organizacija BPT zadržava pravo da u toku sezone mjenja detalje takmičarskog pravilnika.






1. General Information:
The Balkan Pool Tour is an international tour consisting of up to five (5) stops in 2024, comprising four qualifying tournaments and the Grand Final Masters, each organized by the International Organization for the Promotion and Development of Billiards, the Balkan Pool Tour (BPT).

2. Announcements:
If possible, the organizer will post a competition announcement with a "Google Form" for player registration on the Balkan Pool Tour Facebook page one (1) month prior to the event. After registering on the Google Form, each participant will receive a confirmation email. Participants may withdraw up to 7 days before the competition. A player wishing to secure spots in all season tournaments can do so through early payment of the entry fee for each event.

3. Entry Fee Payment:
A. Entry fee for participants is €70.
B. Entry fee for national team representatives is €100.
Entry fees can be paid on-site or via bank transfer, with preference given to payments through accounts. Changing a player's name or selling a spot after payment is not allowed.

4. Drawing of Pairs:
Pairings will be announced no later than the athletes' meeting held on the accreditation day.

5. Withdrawal of Registration:
If a player announces participation in the Balkan Pool Tour event, pays the entry fee, and later cancels participation, the cancellation is allowed without loss of the entry fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least seven days before the accreditation event starts. Free cancellations within one (1) week before the accreditation event are only possible in cases of illness, accidents, or similar events. In such cases, the player must provide appropriate verification, such as a medical certificate or an official accident report. Only if all documents are submitted on time, within two (2) weeks of cancellation, the entry fee will be transferred to the next event or refunded to the player. In all other cases, the entry fee is non-refundable, and therefore, lost. BPT reserves the right to issue or refuse a refund.

If a player announces participation but decides to pay upon arrival and then fails to show up, the payment is still binding because an official cancellation was not received. The player will be blocked and placed on the DEBTORS LIST, meaning the outstanding entry fee must be paid before the player can register for the next Balkan Pool Tour event.

6. Right to Participate:
All billiards enthusiasts from around the world have the right to participate in the BPT tour.

7. Accreditation and Athlete Meeting:
The athletes' meeting will take place around 19:00h on the accreditation day. It is advisable for all players to attend to learn about the latest changes. Players who do not attend the meeting do so at their own risk and should be familiar with the rules and regulations of the tournament. The draw will be officially posted on the Balkan Pool Tour Facebook page and on the event notice board after the athletes' meeting.

8. Tournament Format:
All Balkan Pool Tour stops are tournaments with a minimum of 128 and a maximum of 192 players, unless otherwise announced. The tournament starts with a double knockout. Single knockout starts from the last 64. The tournament features 16 seeded players determined by BPT. Only the first event of the season has 8 seeded players who achieved the best placement in the previous season. The tournament management reserves the right to change the format of the Balkan Pool Tour.

9. Discipline:
9-Ball is a discipline played in regular matches up to 9 or 8 won frames, with the loser's bracket (repêchage) played to 7 won frames. The tournament director reserves the right to modify the number of frames before the tournament begins.
9-Ball on the spot . The arrangement of the balls is that the one ball and nine ball occupy standard positions, while the remaining balls are randomly racked (different in each new frame). Otherwise, if noticed by the official authorities, the player responsible for racking the balls will be penalized. The game follows an alternating break format from box , with each player individually racking the balls before breaking.

10. Prize Money and Scoring
All prize money will be paid through bank transfer or directly. Players eligible for payouts must ensure and provide accurate bank details to the BPT administration. If bank details are provided, the prize money will be credited to the player's account within a maximum of four (4) weeks after the event, with a portion automatically deducted as a fee for the state tax payment.
The prize money for the first event in 2024 is as follows:

After each Balkan Pool Tour men's stop, new rankings will be updated on the Balkan Pool Tour's Facebook page.
From the four (4) qualifying stops of the tour, the best three (3) results will be used to form the Grand Masters' participation ranking.

11. Grand Masters
The Grand Masters will feature 24 participants, including:
BPT Ranking Top 16
BPT Invitations for 8 players
Drawn from three hats.
Hat A: Players ranked 1-8 - Entry fee €100
Hat B: Players ranked 9-16 in BPT ranking - Entry fee €100
Hat C: Players with BPT invitations - Entry fee €200
The tournament follows a knockout system, with all matches played to 7 frames, alternating breaks. In the initial stage, pairs from Hats B and C compete, and the winners advance to face players from Hat A.
Prizes at the Grand Masters will accumulate throughout the competitive season and will feature a substantial prize fund with significant media promotion.

12. Referees
BPT will strive to have at least one tournament director and one referee present at the venue throughout the event. Players are responsible for reporting match outcomes through provided equipment and are required to call a referee when necessary.

13. Time Limit
To better control the event schedule, time measurement may be implemented at any time during or even at the start of a match, depending on the discretion of the tournament director. Once time measurement is introduced, the shot clock is set at 35 seconds, with a warning after 25 seconds. Each competitor is allowed one extension of 25 seconds per frame. The shot clock starts when all balls stop moving, including spinning balls, and ends when the cue tip contacts the white ball to begin the shot or when the player's time expires on the timer. If a player exceeds the allotted time, it will result in a standard foul. The shot clock will be automatically implemented from the start of the semifinals and finals, considering potential TV production.

14. Arrival at Matches
Players must be at the venue and ready to play their assigned match 30 minutes before the scheduled match time. If a player is late for their assigned match time (which is 30 minutes before the time specified in the schedule), they have a maximum of 15 minutes to report to their assigned table to play, or they will forfeit the match. Tournament officials are the only ones authorized to enforce this. If this occurs in the winner's double elimination stage, the player will be placed in the loser's category. Otherwise, the player will be disqualified. If both players in the same match in the winner's phase arrive late, both will be disqualified as they cannot use the one and only available spot in the loser's category.

15. Dress Code
Shirts and T-shirts:
Shirts can be of any design as long as they have a collar, short or long sleeves, and any color. Undershirts and vests are allowed as long as they match the color of the shirt or are white or black. Shirts and T-shirts must be long enough to extend above the table; no skin should be visible. Sleeveless shirts or additional clothing on top of the shirt, such as hoodies, are not allowed.

Shoes:
Shoes can be formal or athletic, any color, and must be made of leather or leather-like material. Athletic shoes must be all black without any embellishments. Sandals are not allowed.

Trousers:
Players must wear formal and chino trousers of any color that are clean and in good condition. Pants with studs, chains, side pockets below the thigh, as well as jeans or denim or velvet material pants, are not allowed. If pants do not reach, players must wear socks that cover the skin above the shoe when standing. For women, girls, and ladies, black or divided skirts are allowed. Any violation of the dress code may result in disqualification.

16. Hotels and Accommodation
Reservations and hotel obligations will be available before the event with the official tournament invitation. The tournament organizer will strive to provide two types of accommodation, one more affordable and one more luxurious, in line with the possibilities. Players are not obliged to stay in these hotels. More information about the stay obligation in the offered hotel can be found in the event invitations.

17. Media and TV
Players agree to fulfill all reasonable requests from the Promoter on the competition days to assist in promoting the tournament for the benefit of the organizer or series sponsors. The Promoter and sponsors cannot be held responsible for any valuable items left anywhere in the venue at any time. Players bringing the event, sponsors, or officials, including the venue, into disrepute through the media or public forums are subject to rules and regulations set by BPT.

18. Offered Transportation Service
If a transportation service from the airport to the hotel/event venue and back is offered and reserved by players, they must pay for this service themselves. The payment details for this service will be announced by the organizer in the invitation.

19. Competition Schedule

20. Closing Statement
The tournament administration always reserves the right to change the rules outlined in this document, with the aim of improving the Balkan Pool Tour. Changes will be made in consultation with all relevant participants and competition organizers, but the final decision will be made by the tour management. The BPT organization reserves the right to change details of the competition regulations during the season.
