https://drive.google.com/open?id=1dYPQ3qiIeEgcCU9m5-aXKlRsNdxujtgi&usp=drive_fs The Mezz Scandinavian 10-Ball Masters Tour consists of a series of four qualifier tournaments held throughout the year in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Estonia, designed to bring together both professional and amateur pool players. Moreover, these four events serve as qualifying tournaments for the larger Mezz Scandinavian 10-Ball Masters final, where the top 16 players from each country will compete in a grand finale. RANKING EVENT 1 of 4 SANCTIONING Norges Biljardforbund ENTRY FEE 500 NOK Vipps to 92859334 or pay in cash before turnament start. PAYOUTS Up to 48 participants 1-8 place 49 to 64 -> 1-16 place FORMAT Max 64 participants hcp due to Fargo rate Best of 3 sets Winner break SHOOTOUT If a set score is tied at 1-1 after two sets, a shootout will determine the winner. RULES The standard WPA Rules & Regulations will be in use with the following exceptions and additions: The 10-ball does not have to be the last ball pocketed. If the 10-ball is pocketed early as part of a legal and called shot, it is a game win. The 10-ball pocketed on the break, without being called and in any pocket, is a game win. If a player pockets the 10-Ball, and it is the last remaining ball in play, and the player commits a foul in the process, it is loss of game. HANDICAP SYSTEM The following handicap system will be used during all matches Fargo Rate | HCP >700 | 0 (*2) 625 - 700 | 1 (*2) 548 - 624 | 2 471 - 547 | 3 < 471 | 4 The hcp relates to the starting point in a race to 6. Since there aren’t many tournaments in Norway that use FargoRate, we will in certain cases make assessments based on the Norwegian Billiard Federation’s national rating when determining handicap placement. To keep the races close to the original Pro Series, the following adjustments apply: (*2) If 2 players with HCP 0 meet, the starting point will be 2. (*2) If 2 players with HCP 1 meet, the starting point will be 2. If a hcp 0 meets a hcp 1, the starting point will be 1 and 2. PLAYER AGREEMENT Mezz, Oslo Biljardklubb and Biljardären may use your photograph, image, likeness, or name for information, reporting or promotional purposes via print, video and other media without limitation or compensation of any kind. By participating, you further release all media and appearance rights to Biljardären for the production of televised matches, recorded or broadcast at the event and for all photographic images taken at the event. |
