Claim a Profile

There is a big chance that you are already in the system. Organizations and federations have advanced management tools to track all their members and teams in Cuescore. It is wise to check if they made an account for you already. You can look up players in the system using the search option at the top right of the menu, so fill in your name first to see if you already exist.

If you already exist on the system, you can press the white button with the light blue outline named “Claim this Profile”. By pressing this button you will get a pop-up asking for additional information. Fill in your email address and any additional information that can be useful for the organization or the platform to validate your claim request.

Click the blue button “Send” and the system will check the information you have provided. If the email address you provided is correct, you will get an email straight away. In all other instances, there will be a human check, to make sure the claim is correct. So if you don't get a reply straight away, just keep an eye on your mailbox and wait for an answer.
