Welcome to the Nordic Championship 10-Ball in Oslo!
The Norwegian Billiards Federation, in cooperation with the Nordic Billiard Council and the local host, Oslo Biljardklubb, is responsible for the organizing of the event. A total of 24 U19 boys representing Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden will participate. 10-Ball will be played according to the WPA rules, with break box and alternating breaks. In the U19 Boy's division a race to 7 will be played, but the organizer reserves the right to shorten the races in the loser's bracket by 1 point, should the time schedule suggest that this will become necessary. The final schedule as well as the draw will be published in Cuescore immediately follwing the announcement deadline! Accreditation - Friday, February 2, 16:00-17:30. Player's Meeting - Friday, February 2, 17:30-18:00. Participants, viewers present at the venue and viewers at home will be able to follow the event via Cuescore.com (livescore with regular updates accessible via PC, tablets and smart phones) and links for live stream (which will be presented later). Dress code B: Irrespective of category/division, the following rules will apply:Shirt: Long or short sleeve piquet – club or national federation shirt. The shirt must be tucked in and long enough not to allow bare skin to be visible when stretching. Undershirt or national sweatshirt /tracksuit without hoods: Use due to temperature conditions is allowed only by permission of the TD. Pants/skirt & belt: Formal dress pants (or skirt/pantskirt for women). The use of a belt if the pants (skirt, pantskirt) is prepared for it is mandatory. Shoes & socks: Use of dress shoes or sports shoes with leather or leather-like top, and socks, is mandatory.
