Registration: only early registration for the tournament is valid, until October 17th 23:59. Participants have to send their registration announcment to gintaras.petrovas@gmail.com

Draw and schedule will be made on 18th of October not later than 12 pm

Divisions: Men, Woman, Seniors and U15

Entry fee: for men 50€, woman&seniors 30€, U15 - 10€. Entries has to be paid at the tournament desk on the day of the tournament.

Max announcments: men - 64, women - 24, seniors - 24, U15 - 16 (in case there will be less announcments in one or another division, then other division can be increased).

Discipline: 9 ball. 9 ball on the spot and 3 point rule will be applied.

Break format: Alternative.

Races: men - race to 9, woman&seniors - race to 7, U15 - race to 5.

Prize fund:
In Men division - 1500€ prize fund guaranteed: I - 600€; II - 400€; III x 2 - 250€. In case there will be more than 40 participants, then from each extra entry fee another 70% will be added to above prize break down and possibility to get prizes for 5th places.

In any case 1500Eur is guaranteed and the payouts are as follows:
I p - 600€
II p - 400€
III p x 2 - 250€

In case ~50 participants are playing, then:
I p - 700€
II p - 450€
III p x 2 - 250€
V p x 4 - 50€

In case 60-64 participants are playing, then:
I p - 1000€
II p - 600€
III p x 2 - 300€
V p - 70€

And in case there will be less in other divisions and we will be able to invite more participants to men division, then the prize fund split can be even bigger.

In woman and seniors divisions 70% of all collected entry fees will be paid.

In U15 division athletes will get trophey to the winner and medals for medalists.

Prizes will be paid at the award ceremony only. Winners will get tropheys.

Category: "A" category for Lithuanian rankings system - is cancelled.

Dress code: Euro Tour dress code. Smart pants (any colour), leather or leather look like shoes, polo shirt.

Charts: in case of full charts of announcments will be reached, then in men - 64:32, woman&seniors - 24:8, U15 - 16:4, formats will be used.

Accomodation: event organizers do not provide accomodation services, hence we advise to book it through www.booking.com or www.airbnb.com

Tournament organizers leave a choise for themselves to change tournament format, prize fund split or any other unexpected scenario which might occure before or during an event.
