Who and where?

The two description is divided in three parts:

  1. Organization(s)
  2. Tournament manager(s)
  3. Venue(s)

Organization

The organization that created the tournament/event is added automatically. But if you co-host lets say a national event with the national federation it might be of interest to add the other organization as well.

Tournament manager(s)

The persons you add here will be listed as contact persons on the tournament page, with contact details.

IMPORTANT! Persons added will not be given admin access for the tournament or the Pro account.

Venue(s)

Last, but not least you have the Venue section.

Look up the venue and add it to the tournament. This is required information if you want to use the scoreboards and/or stream overlay or the table planner.
