If the organization has given you the correct rights, you will see the settings button on the left. Press the settings page to gain access to all the settings that are available for this tournament. you can find all the information regarding the options of the settings here
If you want to track this tournament, you can add it to your list of events that you follow on your own profile page. As soon as you click the link it will turn green to confirm that you are following the tournament.
You can also share the tournament with a friend, just click the share button on the right and it will give you a link that you can give to your friends.
If you press the Share button while having access to the tournament as an owner or editor, you will you will have the additional functionality to share the access to the tournament with other users in Cuescore. Just look up their name in the system and click their name to add them to the Access list. They will also get an email informing the user that they have gained access to the page.
If the join-button is blue, you can click it to join the tournament. Depending on the tournament settings, the system will go through the workflow setup by the organizer. This could consist of a check of your membership, race and/or age. If you can’t meet one of these criteria, your signup will be denied. If you meet all the criteria given, you will be added to the tournament.
The same applies to the Add player button. You can add your friends to the tournament as well, by looking them up in the system. You can select their profile and add them to the tournament as well, as long as they meet the criteria.
Next to this check, the organizer can also request an entry fee using the pay to play functionality in Cuescore.
To improve the workflow of adding players, a feature for tournament managers has been introduced. In the case a player profile does not exist, you can now create it directly from the tournament page. Use the “Add player” button as in the picture.
Search for the player's name and if you don’t get a hit, create a profile for him/her with the “Create player” button.
You will then have to input the first and last name, gender and nationality and then create the profile. It will automatically be added to your member section (Dashboard) and can be added to the tournament.
