Dashboard - Point system
The only reason for looking into Point systems is that you are hosting a series of tournaments that are part of a ranking. If so, keep on reading.
When you go to the Point system for the first time, it has no content. When you have created your first point system it will be listed here.
To create your own point systems for use in rankings, click “Create” in the upper right corner.
Define the points for each position in the result table. Note that you only have to define points for the positions in the result table. E.g. in the example below, there are two 3rd places and then the next is 5th place.
1st - 100 pts
2nd - 90 pts
3rd - 80 pts
5th - 70 pts
9th - 60 pts ………..and so on.
If you need more lines, "Hoover" the last one and press the plus button.
Penalty positions
If a player gets a penalty in a tournament, you might not want to award the full set of points.
To automatically deduct points, register the penalty points in the table shown below.
NOTE: To be a penalty, the number must be negative (or else it will be a bonus).
With the knowledge of point systems, you probably want to look into rankings.
