Pay & Play is an effective way to reduce your workload by letting players sign up and pay entry fees online.
To get started with online payments, the Pay & Play has to be activated.
Is your country supported by our payment service provider Stripe. Check here.
If so, the activation can start. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Contact Cuescore via email at support@cuescore.com and let us know what Pro account it is and who will be responsible in your end for the setup of the Pay & Play (link to profile is a good start). This person must have acces to your clubs bank details, as they are required for your payouts.
We will then give access to an activation link for the person responsible. When he/she logs in and go to the Pay & Play in the dashboard it will look like this:
2. Click the "Create payment account" and follow the instructions. This will send the user to Stripe (our payment service provider), where a payment account for the Pro can be set up, including the bank account to where the signup fees will be paid out. Make sure to enter all the details to get the process to run as smooth as possible.
3. When the required information is registered, we have to wait until Stipe has approved the registration. The approval process is usually pretty quick.
4. When approved, the final stage of activating the Pay & Play can be done by us. Then it's ready for use. In the tournaments settings under Pay & Play you can now set price for entry, discounts etc.
With the activation complete, the view on the Pay & Play page will change and give you access to details about Payouts, Orders etc., which can be filtered by date. For example you can go to the Tournaments tab and see the payments for a specific tournament. More details can of course be found in your stripe account, but this gives you a quick overview that is good enough for most users.
