Cuescore Premium

The Cuescore Premium setup is intended for organizations managing events internationally and/or national organizations that requires custom functionality. A typical setup is a national organization with multiple regions and/or clubs that manage tournaments on behalf of the national organization, as well as regional and local tournaments.

Here is a brief overview of some of the features:

Connected account management

The Premium is usually the owner of the full setup, meaning the Premium account and connected Pro accounts for the clubs. Access to the Pro accounts are managed by the Premium and it can delegate national tournaments to the clubs organizing them.

Club representation

The club representation is managed by the Premium and requires a connected Pro setup, where each club has a Pro. Club representation is required in some countries if they want to play national events, but we have also noticed the players are proud of their club and want to show this extra information on their profile.

License check functionality

In the Cuescore Premium a built in license management system can be activated. It is also possible to link it up to an external license system if it has API access.
When a player Joins a tournament. the validity of his/her license is checked. If the player do not have a valid license, it can be purchased online as part of the signup. *** Online purchase requires that our payment service provider supports your country. 

Cuescore rating system (option)

The Cuescore rating system is an ELO based system calculating the rating from the match result. This means it can be used for American pool, Blackball, Carom, Snooker and any other branch. As soon as your players hits some 40-50 official matches it starts getting very interesting, as most of them will be close to their actual level. 

Automatic seeding from rating

Just like for a ranking, you can use the Rating to seed the players into your tournaments. In the tournament settings you will get access to select the rating list you want to use for the draw, and then it will automatically seed the players according to their rating.

Tournaments with rating restriction

Using the rating restriction for tournament participation is another usecase. Simply enter the level of the rating you allow for your tournament (above or below a certain rating number). This way you can make it more intereting, as the players will be competing with others at the same level as themselves.

Customizable live-score brackets on your homepage

With the Cuescore Premium you get the option to easily add the tournament live score brackets to your own page. Included is the option to customize them to fit your graphic profile.

Customizable score overlay

Same as for the brackets, you can customize the score overlay that you use when streaming events. The customization is done in the Dashboard and the stream overlay links will reflect your changes. Basically it means you can create your own custom overlay.

Player levels

Information about a players level/division can be set and used as restriction to signups for tournaments, exclude from ranking etc.

MVP

If needed, a custom calculation of the Most Valuable Player for team leagues can be added to your Premium setup (within certain limitations).

Reports

Custom reports based on events organized by your organizations can be developed and included in your dashboard.

Import of player lists

Player lists can be imported by Cuescore if needed. Worth mentioning is that there are other ways to approach it that might be better, and we would love to discuss it with you.
