More info
Welcome to the second tour event of the 2023 Predator New Zealand 9 Ball Tour, the Dunedin Open! Play takes place over the weekend of Saturday May 6 and Sunday May 7 at Bowey's Pool Lounge and Bar in Dunedin.

Section play will be held on Saturday and will be a race to 5. Knockout play will be held on Sunday with races starting at 6. This tournament will be played using a break-box, with the 9-ball placed on the spot. Template racks will be used but unlike the World Championship format, alternating breaks will be used.

Entries will be accepted via Cue Score and will close on Thursday May 4 at noon. Entry is $50, or $25 for U21, and $10 for U18. Annual membership dues will not be required to have been paid for this tournament as our online system is still being developed. The annual NZPA membership for seniors in 2023 will be $20.

Powered by Predator, the Dunedin Open leg of the 2023 Predator New Zealand 9 Ball Tour will be played using Predator Arcos II billiard balls.

All players will be competing for ranking points that will be used to select a team whenever NZPA is offered entries into international and World Championship events.
