❗❗❗FORMATUL COMPETITIEI ❗❗❗

• Dubla eliminare pana la ultimii 32 de jucatori
• 1 Ball on the Spot
• Toate meciurile: Best of 3 Sets. Finala: Best of 5 Sets, cu aceleasi reguli si shootout la 3 3 in setul 5 decisiv.
• Fiecare set: Race to 4
• Jucatorul care castiga 2 seturi castiga meciul
• La scorul de 2 0, meciul se incheie si setul 3 nu se mai joaca
• La scorul de 1 1, se joaca setul 3 decisiv
• Daca setul 3 ajunge la 3 3, meciul se decide prin SHOOTOUT
• Break alternativ
• Spargerea se stabileste prin lag. La inceputul meciului, ambii jucatori executa lag-ul pentru stabilirea ordinii la spargere.
• Setul 1: sparge jucatorul care castiga lag-ul.
• Setul 2: sparge jucatorul care a pierdut lag-ul.
• Setul 3, daca este necesar: sparge din nou jucatorul care a castigat lag-ul.

❗❗❗SHOOTOUT ❗❗❗

Daca setul decisiv ajunge la 3 3, se trece direct la shootout si directorul de turneu trebuie sa fie chemat la masa.
Ordinea:
Jucatorul care a castigat lag ul de la inceputul meciului decide cine executa primul shootout ul.
Jucatorul care incepe alege partea mesei de pe care se executa prima lovitura.
Partile mesei se alterneaza la fiecare inning.
Se executa 4 lovituri pentru fiecare jucator, alternativ.
Fiecare jucator are acelasi numar de incercari.
Daca dupa primele 4 lovituri scorul este egal, se trece la Sudden Death.
In Sudden Death se continua alternativ pana cand unul dintre jucatori obtine un rezultat care nu mai poate fi egalat in acelasi inning.

Pentru House of Pool Open:

Bila 9 este bila obiect.
Shootout-ul se desfasoara dupa procedura PBS, cu modificarile specifice acestui turneu: bila 9 se pozitioneaza pe punctul bilei 1 la spargere.
Pozitionarea bilei albe trebuie sa respecte zona de shootout. Pentru imagini clare privind pozitionarea bilei albe, consultati PDF ul oficial PBS de mai jos.
Lovitura trebuie sa introduca bila 9 in buzunarul desemnat: daca lovitura se executa din partea stanga a mesei, bila 9 trebuie introdusa in buzunarul de colt din dreapta si invers.
Daca bila 9 intra in alt buzunar, lovitura este considerata ratata.
Daca bila alba intra in buzunar, lovitura este considerata ratata, indiferent daca bila 9 este introdusa sau nu.
Orice lovitura care foloseste mantile pentru a produce o lovitura de tip bank sau kick este considerata ratata.

❗❗❗ INFORMAȚII IMPORTANTE ❗❗❗
Toți jucătorii trebuie să fie prezenți în sală cu cel puțin 30 de minute înainte de ora programată a meciului, deoarece partidele pot începe mai devreme.
Fiecare jucător este obligat să verifice ora meciului pe platforma CUESCORE.

Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a modifica orele de joc în interesul desfășurării competiției.
Nu există obligația de a anunța individual fiecare jucător.
Dacă un jucător nu verifică și nu se prezintă la timp, va pierde meciul.

* Întârziere de 5 minute → pierderea unui frame
* Întârziere de 10 minute → pierderea a două frame-uri
* Întârziere de 15 minute → pierderea a trei frame-uri
* După 16 minute → meci pierdut

❗❗❗ COD VESTIMENTAR – ZIUA 2 ❗❗❗

In ziua 2 a competitiei, se aplica urmatorul cod vestimentar: camasa / tricou polo. Pantaloni de culoare inchisa, uni, fara imprimeuri. Pantofi eleganti / pantofi sport de culoare inchisa.

❗❗❗ TIMEOUT ❗❗❗
Nu sunt permise timeout-uri în timpul seturilor.
• Este permisă o pauză de toaletă între setul 1 și setul 2.
• În cazul în care meciul ajunge la 1 1 la seturi, fiecare jucător poate solicita o pauză de maximum 3 minute înainte de începerea setului decisiv.
• Orice pauză trebuie anunțată și aprobată în prealabil de directorul de turneu.
• Părăsirea mesei fără anunțarea directorului de turneu va fi considerată abatere și pot fi aplicate sancțiuni.

❗❗❗ ATENȚIE ❗❗❗
Prin înscriere, jucătorii confirmă că au luat la cunoștință și că vor respecta toate regulile impuse de organizator.
Înscrierea reprezintă acordul ferm al jucătorului privind aceste reguli.
Pe lângă regulile menționate mai sus, se vor aplica toate regulile WPA aflate în vigoare.
Comportamentul antisportiv va fi sancționat de către directorul de turneu, conform regulamentelor internaționale ale jocului.
Promovare media
În vederea promovării, organizatorul va putea efectua transmisiuni video ale meciurilor disputate, pe diferite platforme social media (Youtube, Facebook etc). Înregistrarea la concurs presupune că jucătorul și-a dat consimțământul pentru realizarea de fotografii și/sau filmări (în forma inițială sau într-o formă adaptată, modificată, transformată, ori completată a materialului filmat/fotografiat) cu ocazia desfășurării concursului și folosirea acestora pe orice canale media în scopul mediatizării evenimentului

❗❗❗ TOURNAMENT FORMAT ❗❗❗

• Double Elimination until the last 32 players
• 1 Ball on the Spot
• All matches: Best of 3 Sets. Final: Best of 5 Sets, with the same rules and a shootout at 3 3 in the decisive 5th set.
• Each set: Race to 4
• The player who wins 2 sets wins the match
• At 2 0, the match ends and the 3rd set is not played
• At 1 1, the 3rd decisive set is played
• If the 3rd set reaches 3 3, the match is decided by SHOOTOUT
• Alternate Break
• The break is determined by lag. At the beginning of the match, both players perform a lag to determine the breaking order.
 • Set 1: the player who wins the lag breaks.
 • Set 2: the player who loses the lag breaks.
 • Set 3, if necessary: the player who won the lag breaks again.

❗❗❗ SHOOTOUT ❗❗❗

If the decisive set reaches 3 3, the match immediately goes to a shootout and the tournament director has to be called at the table.
Order:
The player who won the lag at the beginning of the match decides who shoots first.
The player who starts chooses which side of the table the first shot is played from.
The sides of the table alternate after each inning.
Each player takes 4 shots, alternating turns.
Both players receive the same number of attempts.
If the score is tied after the first 4 shots, the shootout proceeds to Sudden Death.
In Sudden Death, the players continue alternating until one player achieves a result that cannot be matched by the opponent in the same inning.

For House of Pool Open:

The 9 ball is the object ball.
The shootout follows the PBS procedure, with the specific modification for this tournament: the 9 ball is placed on the spot where the 1 ball is positioned for the break.
The cue ball must be positioned within the designated shootout zone. For clear images showing the cue ball positioning, please consult the official PBS PDF below.
The shot must pocket the 9 ball into the designated pocket: if the shot is played from the left side of the table, the 9 ball must be pocketed into the right corner pocket and vice versa.
If the 9 ball is pocketed in any other pocket, the shot is considered a miss.
If the cue ball is pocketed, the shot is considered a miss, regardless of whether the 9 ball is pocketed or not.
Any shot using the rails to produce a bank or kick shot is considered a miss.

❗❗❗ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ❗❗❗

All players must be present at the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match time, as matches may start earlier than scheduled.
Each player is responsible for checking their match time on CUESCORE.
The organizer reserves the right to modify match times in the interest of the smooth running of the tournament.
There is no obligation to notify each player individually.
If a player fails to check the schedule and does not arrive on time, they will lose the match.
5 minutes late → loss of one frame
10 minutes late → loss of two frames
15 minutes late → loss of three frames
After 16 minutes → match loss

❗❗❗ DRESS CODE – DAY 2 ❗❗❗

On Day 2 of the competition, the following dress code applies: Shirt / polo shirt. Solid dark-colored trousers, without prints. Elegant shoes/solid dark-colored sports shoes.

❗❗❗ TIMEOUT ❗❗❗

Timeouts are not permitted during sets.
• One toilet break is permitted between Set 1 and Set 2.
• If the match reaches 1 1 in sets, each player may request a maximum 3 minute break before the decisive set begins.
• Any break must be announced and approved in advance by the Tournament Director.
• Leaving the table without notifying the Tournament Director will be considered a violation and may result in sanctions.

By registering, players confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with all rules imposed by the organizer.
Registration constitutes the player's firm agreement to these rules.
In addition to the rules specified above, all WPA rules currently in force will apply.
Unsportsmanlike conduct will be sanctioned by the Tournament Director in accordance with the international rules of the game.
MEDIA PROMOTION
For promotional purposes, the organizer may record and broadcast matches on various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and others.
By registering for the tournament, the player gives their consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event and to the use of such photographs and/or video recordings, in their original form or in any adapted, modified, transformed, or supplemented form, on any media channels for the purpose of promoting and publicizing the event.
