Create match schedule

Before you do the actual draw, we advise you to check the tournament settings, to make sure you have the correct Format and Bracket set. When the settings are correct, just click the button and the draw is finished within seconds. The draw will be completely random. When you press the button, you will see a pop-up confirming the format and giving you the option to change the Race Length per round.

Tools

This button gives you access to some valuable tools.

Seeding

Used to add seeding to a number of players in a tournament. This way you can make sure the top players meet as late as possible in the tournament. Very often used in bigger tournaments, to get the most exciting matches as close as possible to the final.

Player/Team swap

If a player or team has to cancel his/hers participation in your event and you have another player that wants to join, you can use the “Player Swap” functionality.

Choose the player to be replaced from the dropdown and search for the player that will replace him/her.
NOTE - You can also use this if you have a free spot and get contacted by someone who wants to participate. In such a case the Player out = Walkover.

Matchprotocol

When the draw is done you can print the matchcards. Press the button to open the overview page if you are using matchcards for your tournament.

Team league time scheduling

For leagues, individuals or teams, you can use the team league time scheduling functionality to quickly schedule all the matches. Based on the period which you defined in the time settings of the tournament or league, you will get selectboxes covering all these weeks, so you can match them with your rounds. If you then press apply, this all gets scheduled automatically.

In the case of teams, if you have setup a weekday and time under your team settings, tyhis information will be used by the scheduling tool as well.

Table planner (Beta)

To keep overview during events that have a lot of activity and matches taking place, the Table Planner is a tool that can help you manage multiple tournaments happening in one venue. For more information about this Beta page, please visit our post about it here

Reset draw

If you for some reason need to reset. You also have to confirm, to make sure you didn’t do this by mistake.
You might want to check/note the seeding numbers before the reset, in case you need to get the exact same draw again.
