Scoreboard settings

With the scoreboard V2 comes some extra options for the settings per tournament.

Handicap as initial score

If you are managing a handicapped tournament with frames or points as a HCP, it can now be  added to the initial score of the scoreboard when starting a match.

Timeouts

A timeout counter for the scoreboard can be activated. Two values have to be entered:

1. The number of timeouts allowed
2. Duration of the timeout

When a timeout is intiated, a counter will appear on the scoreboard.
