Restrictions for tournament entry.
There are multiple types of restrictions that can be set for tournaments and they range from who can Join to gender and requirements for participation in other tournaments.
The following restrictions can be set linked to the access of the Join/Add button:
Standard is both men and women can enter a tournament. If you host a femal only tournament, make sure you activate the Female button and vice versa.
Pretty obvious, but if you activate this button, you select the Older than <age> or Younger than <age>. Example player only below 23 years of age.
If your tournament has a dresscode, you should activate it and describe what is accepable. This is of course only written restriction and has to be followed up by the tournament manager.
The functionality requires that you have a Premium setup and the Cuescore rating system activated.
If you do, you can set a limit where you allow only the players with a rating higher than or lower than value with respect to your rating.
If you have multiple rating lists, select the one you want to use for this tournament.
A typical use is that you want to host a tournament where you don't want the top players to compete with lower level players. Instead you can host two tournament, one for players up to a certain level and another for the players above that level.
Example: Checks if the players rating in the CSPro test-rating is above 1200. If not, the player can not enter.
For the tournament participation restriction you have two options:
Either the player must have participated in one of your previous tournaments listed
-or-
The player is not allowed to sign up if he has already signed up for certain tournaments.
The typical use-case for the latter one is that you host several qualifiers for a main event and do not allow the players to sign up for more than one of the qualifiers.
