Replicating a tournament

If you are a new Cuescore Pro user, it might be that you want to add your "old" tournaments managed in another system. Replicating Single elimination tournaments are pretty forward, while for Double elimination it requires that the same crossing to the loser side has been used.

The key to replicating tournaments is use of the seeding functionality, to get the players in the correct position.

Let's use 2012 World Pool Masters as example:

Before creating match schedule, you have to go to Seeding first and add seeding numbers that correspond with the bracket used.

The seeding numbers to use in Cuescore can be found in the brackets section and would be the following:

Match 1
Seed no 1 Ralf Souquet
Seed no 16 Mateusz Śniegocki

…

Match 7
Seed no 7 SvB
Seed no 10 Karol Skowerski

Match 8
Seed no 15 Tony Drago
Seed no 2 Darren Appleton

Then, when all players are assigned seeding numbers as in the original tournament, you can make the draw / create schedule and replicate the results.
