Comments and Participants

At the bottom of the tournament and league page you can find more information about the participants and follow all the comments about the event.

Comments

Comments are available  to everyboy that is logged into Cuescore. All comments will be be shown underneath eachother. A date will be placed and you can click on the profile to see more information about the poster.

Edit Comments

Admins and tournament leaders can monitor and edit any unfavourable remarks in the comment section. By pressing on the triple dots next to the commentators name, you can change the text that has been written. In case the comments do not comply to the rules, e.g. spam or foul language, the comment can be removed by pressing Delete.

Participants

Basic Overview

The basic overview of the participants gives you all you need to know about the players or teams as a spectator of the tournament or league. You can see where they come from, for which club they play and a picture to recognize the player.

Tournament admins and managers can also use this overview to quickly remove any participants to the tournament. This can be done by pressing the red trashcan. The system will always ask for confirmation, in case of a misclick or mistake.

Detailed Overview

If you click the list view button on the right top of the participants table, you will get a different view of the participants:

The Detailed overview gives additional information regarding the participants and their interaction with this event. Alongside the basic information that you could find on the basic overview, you can also find the following details, please note that most of these are only visible to the organization, administrators and tournament leaders:

  • Filter option: If you wish to only show one or more specific players or teams, you can click in the first column in front of the participants.
  • Seeding: In the second column, you can see if there was any seeding given to the participants prior to the draw.
  • Contact: All participants their contact information is visible if they have claimed their profile on Cuescore. In the case of a team, the information of the captain will be shown.
  • Registered: It can help the organization to track when a player signed up, this information can be found under the registration column.
  • Arrow: For live management of a tournament, a manager can use the colors defined under der the arrow to mark any participants. This might be useful to track payments or breaks during small tournaments.
