Basic settings consist of the following:
Select the disciplinefor the tournament, indedirectly you then set the branch as well. Note if its a Blackball/English pool event, make sure you do not set 8-ball American pool.
Tells the players who has the break. This is important information if you plan to use scorebaords, as we are introducing new scoreboards for every disciplines at the time of writing this. With the new version a break indicator will show up on the scoreboard and stream overlays.
Race length for the matches. The number of frames/points set here will be standard for all rounds. later, during the draw process, you have the option to set race lengt per round if its not the same throughout the tournament.

The use of Sets is not that common, but we do support it. Use only if you run for example matches with 3 Sets with race to 5 or some similar setup. DO NOT MIX UP SETS FOR FRAMES!
If you run Handicapped tournaments you should activate this switch and also connect a HCP list to it (more info).
DO NOT create new player profiles to show HCP info behind their name, use HCP lists.
Switch to turn on/off the comments section. It defaults to on, but if you find some comment/discussion offensive or something, you have the option to turn off the whole comment section.
Note that as an administrator, you have access to delete any comments in the tournament comment section. Just click the three dots beside the name of the person that made the post.
