++ Ozebi Home Tournament
Once a month, we organize a home tournament at Ozebi. At the end of the year, we host a finale for players who have participated in 5 or more tournaments.

++ Ranking Structure

*There will be approximately twelve tournaments in total;
*Ranking points count towards the Ozebi Ranking 2023;
*Registration is exclusively through Cuescore.
*Registration is open to players of all levels. Membership with the KNBB is not mandatory;
*We play 9-ball each time;
*At the end of the tournament series, the top 16 players in the ranking will compete in the Ozebi Bathrobe Tournament;
*Your 5 best results determine the ranking;
*The winner of the final tournament receives a bathrobe;
*Players participating in the Ozebi Bathrobe Tournament must have taken part in at least 5 tournaments.

++ Tournament Format

*The entry fee is €17.50 per tournament. This money will be used to pay for table rental, and any remaining funds will go into the prize pool for the final evening;
*On the tournament day, you must register by 6:00 PM at the latest;
*Registration is open to players of all levels. Membership with the KNBB is not mandatory;
*In case of a tie in the group stage, the group standings will be determined in the following order: number of matches won, number of frames won, frame difference, and head-to-head result;
*We use an open draw system;
*No handicaps will be used;
*Alternate break rule is in effect, and the use of a magic rack is mandatory.

++ Tournament Schedule

*Warm-up from 6:00 PM, tournament starts at 6:30 PM;
*Maximum of 20 participants;
*We have 4 groups (poules);
*We play single knockout with the top 8 players (1st and 2nd place from each group);
*The remaining players will compete in a single knockout for 9th place;
*Race length - Race to 3 in the group stage;
*Starting from the single knockout stage, the tournament management will decide whether to increase the race length based on the duration of the tournament.

++ Code of Conduct

NOTE: Physical registration with the tournament management by 6:00 PM. In exceptional circumstances, the tournament management may accept telephone registrations.
*Once the matches start, all participants must be physically present;
*Players who arrive after the start time will be penalized with a 1-rack deficit in all group matches;
*Players who arrive later than 30 minutes after the start of the first match will be automatically disqualified;
*Cancellation of participation can be done by undoing your registration in Cuescore before 6:00 PM on the day of the tournament;
*You can also cancel by phone to the tournament management, until 6:00 PM on the day of the tournament;
*The tournament management reserves the right to penalize inappropriate behavior by deducting points during the tournament or on the ranking, or by disqualifying a player;
*Being absent without notifying will not be tolerated and will be considered inappropriate behavior, resulting in disqualification;
*Disqualified players will receive a warning with a 5-point deduction in the ranking. If it happens a second time, they will be placed on the blacklist. Players on the blacklist will be excluded from further participation in the ranking.
