GENERAL INFORMATION

• Game is 10 ball with Alternate Break and Box Break rule

• All rounds are race to 10

• Team which lost the match is paying for table time and 50% of that money is added to prize money pool.

• In the playing area, there will be a referee / tournament director. All questions regarding the rules, schedule, brackets or anything else related to tournament protocol, should be directed to the referee.

• It is MANDATORY to pay the entry fee to the tournament director ALEKSANDAR VULOVIĆ before the start of the first match.

• Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited during the tournament in the pool hall area. The first violation will result in a warning. The second violation will result in a loss of the match.

SCHEDULE AND PROTOCOL

The schedule will be listed in the following scheme:

• In order to ensure that the tournament runs on schedule, all players should be in the club rooms ready to play (with their cues assembled, water, chalk, etc.) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time listed in the schedule. When called for the match, go directly to the table and start warming up or playing.

• The tournament director may call players for their matches 20 minutes before the scheduled time listed in the schedule. If a player is not present 15 minutes after being called and the match starts, they will be disqualified.

• Warm-up time is 5 minutes or one set of balls. Before the start of the first round players can arrive earlier. TABLES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THE PLAYERS BEFORE 09:40!

• Each team is entitled to one Time-Out for a duration of 5 minutes between any two games during the match. Be sure to inform the referee before taking the Time-Out. Regardless of which team took the Time-Out, both teams can use it. Beside this two official Time-Outs, referee can allow technical Time-Out to any player for a duration of 3 minutes for rest room emergency.

SHOT CLOCK

Shot Clock will not be used, but referee can use other means necessary to speed up the game if he notice deliberate slow play which will be determined by referee using stopwatch without prior notice to the players. Other means are, in exact order of execution:
• official warning
• point added to opponent
• loss of match.

DRESS CODE

UPPER PART
• A plain shirt with a collar, long or short-sleeved
• Any colour polo shirt except fluorescent or loud colours
• National team or club jersey
• The upper part must have a minimum of short sleeves.

NOT ALLOWED
• Plain t-shirts
• Colorful shirts
• Colorful polo shirts in fluorescent or loud colors
• Additional clothing OVER the prescribed upper part (woolen and similar vests, hooded sweaters, sweatshirts)

LOWER PART
• Elegant or "chino" pants, clean and in good condition, with a belt, any (one) colour. (Women are allowed to wear a skirt, with or without a slit, that covers the knees when standing)
• Socks must cover the skin if the pants do not fall over the top of the shoe.

NOT ALLOWED
• Pants with buckles, studs, chains (any metal on any part of the pants, which is why jeans with studs are prohibited)
• Pants with side pockets below or on the thighs (Army pants or work pants)
• Jeans and denim or suede pants
• Lower part of a tracksuit

FOOTWEAR
• Elegant shoes, leather or leather-like material, solid-colored - black or the same color as the pants
• Sports shoes must be entirely black
• Sports shoes are allowed to have a partially white sole
• FOOTWEAR MUST BE CLEAN AND DRY

NOT ALLOWED
• Soccer shoes, trainers, sandals, slippers (special work shoes, boots, and similar shoes are also not recommended)

OTHER RULES
• For all potentially suspicious situations, it is mandatory to call the referee. Referee can NOT resolve disputes regarding fouls when he is not called on time to observe potentially critical situation. If referee is not called and two teams can not resolve dispute, referee will resolve situation to the best of his abilities, and his decision will be final.

• Please leave the playing area in silence immediately after the match ends.

• The obligation of the player who has won the match is to finish the match on the tablet or report the result to the referee at the scorer's table if the tablet is not working.

• Mobile phones: Players are not allowed to use mobile phones during the game, even when the opponent takes a time-out. Mobile phones must be set to "silent" mode and kept out of the sight of other players.

• If a player uses a mobile phone, the referee will act according to a cascading punishment system (game, match).

• Wearing headphones and earplugs in any form is not allowed.

• For all other information, you can contact the tournament leader / referee at any time.

• U prostoru za igru će biti sudija / direktor turnira. Sva pitanja vezana za pravila, tok turnira, satnice ili bilo šta drugo vezano za protokol, treba da budu upućena sudiji.

• OBAVEZNO je uplatiti kotizaciju direktoru turnira ALEKSANDRU VULOVIĆU pre početka prvog meča.

• Pušenje (uključujući elektronske cigarete) i konzumacija alkohola su strogo zabranjeni tokom turnira u bilijarskoj sali. Prvi prekršaj će rezultirati upozorenjem. Drugi prekršaj će rezultirati gubitkom meča.

RASPORED I PROTOKOL

Raspored će biti naveden u sledećoj šemi:

• Da bi obezbedili da turnir teče po rasporedu, na vreme i bez nepotrebnih kašnjenja, svi igrači treba da budu u klupskim prostorijama spremni za igru (sa sastavljenim štapovima, vodom, kredom, itd.) najmanje 30 minuta pre zakazanog vremena navedenog u rasporedu. Kada budete pozvani za meč, idite direktno do stola i počnite da se zagrevate ili igrate.

• Direktor turnira može pozvati igrače za njihove mečeve do 20 minuta pre zakazanog vremena navedenog u rasporedu. Ako igrač nije prisutan 15 minuta nakon što je pozvan i meč počne, biće diskvalifikovan.

• Vreme zagrevanja je 5 minuta ili jedan set kugli. Pre početka prvih mečeva dana igrači mogu da dođu ranije. STOLOVI NEĆE BITI DOSTUPNI IGRAČINA PRE 09:40!

• Svaki tim ima pravo na jedan tajm-aut u trajanju od 5 minuta između bilo koje dve partije tokom meča. Obavezno obavestite sudiju pre nego što uzmete tajm-aut. Bez obzira koji tim je uzeo tajm-aut, oba tima ga mogu koristiti. Pored ova dva zvanična tajm-auta, sudija može dozvoliti tehnički tajm-aut svakom igraču u trajanju od 3 minuta za hitne slučajeve.

SHOT CLOCK

Shot Clock se neće koristiti, ali sudija može koristiti druga sredstva neophodna da ubrza igru ako primeti namerno sporu igru koju će odrediti koristeći štopericu bez prethodnog obaveštenja igrača. Druga sredstva su, po tačnom redosledu izvršenja:
• službeno upozorenje
• poen dodat protivniku
• gubitak utakmice.

DRESS CODE

GORNJI DEO
• Jednostavna košulja sa kragnom, dugih ili kratkih rukava
• Polo majica bilo koje boje osim fluorescentnih ili glasnih boja
• Dres reprezentacije ili kluba
• Gornji deo mora imati minimalno kratke rukave.

NIJE DOZVOLJENO
• Obične majice
• Šarene košulje
• Šarene polo majice fluorescentnih ili jarkih boja
• Dodatna odeća PREKO propisanog gornjeg dela (vuneni i drugi prsluci, džemperi sa kapuljačom, duksevi)

DONJI DEO
• Elegantne ili "chino" pantalone, čiste i u dobrom stanju, sa kaišem, bilo koje (jedne) boje. (Ženama je dozvoljeno da nose suknju, sa ili bez šlica, koja pokriva kolena kada stoje)
• Čarape moraju pokrivati kožu ako pantalone ne padaju preko vrha cipele.

NIJE DOZVOLJENO
• Pantalone sa kopčama, kopčama, lancima (bilo koji metal na bilo kom delu pantalona, zbog čega su farmerke sa kopčama zabranjene)
• Pantalone sa bočnim džepovima ispod ili na butinama (vojske ili radne pantalone)
• Farmerke i pantalone od teksasa ili semiša
• Donji deo trenerke

OBUĆA
• Elegantne cipele, od kože ili materijala nalik koži, jednobojne - crne ili iste boje kao i pantalone
• Sportske cipele moraju biti potpuno crne
• Sportske cipele su dozvoljene da imaju delimično beli đon
• OBUĆA MORA BITI ČISTA I SUVA

NIJE DOZVOLJENO
• Patike, patike, sandale, papuče (posebne radne cipele, čizme i slične cipele se takođe ne preporučuju)

DRUGA PRAVILA
• Za sve potencijalno sumnjive situacije, obavezno je pozvati sudiju. Sudija ne može da rešava sporove u vezi sa faulovima kada nije pozvan na vreme da posmatra potencijalno kritičnu situaciju. Ako sudija nije pozvan i dve ekipe ne mogu da reše spor, sudija će rešiti situaciju najbolje što može, a njegova odluka će biti konačna.

• Molimo napustite prostor za igru u tišini odmah po završetku utakmice.

• Obaveza igrača koji je pobedio je da meč završi na tabletu ili prijavi rezultat sudiji za zapisničkim stolom ako tablet ne radi.

• Mobilni telefoni: Igračima nije dozvoljeno da koriste mobilne telefone tokom igre, čak i kada protivnik uzme tajm-aut. Mobilni telefoni moraju biti podešeni na "nečujni" režim i držani van vidokruga drugih igrača.

• Ako igrač koristi mobilni telefon, sudija će postupati po kaskadnom sistemu kažnjavanja (partija, meč).

• Nije dozvoljeno nošenje slušalica i čepova za uši u bilo kom obliku.
