1. EVENTS INFORMATION:
DPL UV2022 nineball.challenge Labuan
1.1 EVENT DATES & FORMATS:
Limited to 48 Players
• 1st Day - 8 Groups of 6 Players - Double Elimination
• Last 16 - Single Elimination
• All Matches Will Be Played On A Roll-In Roll-Out (RIRO) Format
• ALTERNATE BREAKS FOR ALL MATCHES
• ALL PLAYERS MUST SELF-RACK
• 9-BALL TACK: 1-BALL ON SPOT WITH NO. 1, NO. 9 AND NO.2 BALLS IN A STRAIGHT LINE
2. ENTRIES CONDITION:
2.1 The TOURNAMENT is open to all POOL Players
2.2 Organizer Reserves the Rights to accept or reject any players for any reason or for no reason at all.
3. PUNCTUALITY:
3.1 The Tournament Organizer uses an electronic tournament management system called Cuescore. At any time after the draw, players may view their tournament bracket and find the time and table of their next match. The time and table shown are estimates only and subject to changes as the tournament schedule will follow the Roll-In, Roll Out (RIRO) Format as a priority.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the player’s responsibility to know when to play. The Tournament Director will not announce player names or matches. Cuescore will indicate the scheduled time and table of your next match. All Players Must Be At the Tournament Venue At Least 15 Minutes Prior to their Match Start Time.

3.2 A Player shall forfeit a game for each 5 Minutes delay. Players Who Arrive Later That 15 Minutes after His/Her Match Time Shall Be Considered As Conceding a Walkover
4. DECORUM
4.1 Players Are To Observe Proper Decorum And Abide By The Tournament Rules & Etiquette, Including But Not Limited To The Following:
1. Players Are To Return And Remain In Their Respective Seat After Their Turn. Approach to Table Out Of Turn Risk Forfeiture of Rack
2. One Break of 5 Minutes for Each Player for the Duration of the Match. Player to Inform Area Referee Accordingly
3. Leaving Table While Match Is In Progress Risk Forfeiture of Rack
4. Cell phones On Silent Mode & Not to Be Used While in a Match
5. Players to Update Their Own Score
6. Area Referee Is Available For Calls/Disputes, Etc.
7. Referee’s Decision Is Final

5. DPL UV2022 nineball.challenge PRIZES (prizes indicated below is minimum based on 16 players and RM 200 added money guaranteed by organizers and will be higher with more participants)
CHAMPION RM 500 CASH + TROPHY
RUNNER-UP RM 250 CASH + TROPHY
SEMI-FINALIST RM 125 CASH + TROPHY
Entrance Fees/Added Money and Sponsorship for the tournament (if any) will all contribute towards Prize Money. In order for transparency, the organizers formula for prize money is 50% Champion, 25% Runner-Up and 12.5% to each Semi-finalist.
