The Lincolnshire Snooker Championship Rules.

Finals day for last 8 is Saturday 11th April 2026.

The format of the draw will be completely open with home and away players.
Players must be registered to a club they wish to play their home games from.
The latter stages which will be the last 8 or 16 will be played at Lincoln Snooker Club. The final will also be played at Lincoln Snooker Club on a separate day or evening. The format and rules below were all decided, agreed, and voted for by representatives from each area of the county.

Rules

1 All entries must be resident in Lincolnshire. Proof of address may be required. Clubs to verify entries, once they are into Phil for the draw it will be assumed they are residents of Lincolnshire and eligible.

2. Entry fee £30 payable on entry page

3. Home player has choice of venue, they have to be a member of that club and have registered this as their home club for the entire competition.

4 Both players have duty to contact within 7 days of draw being published. Please contact tournament organisers if you do not have the contact details of your opponent.

5 All matches up to latter stages will be best of 7 frames. 3 miss rule.

6 The latter stages will be best of 9 with the 3 miss rule.

7 Tournament organisers will have final word in any disputes.

8 Extensions will not generally be permitted unless there are mitigating circumstances, if we do not hear from any of the players both players will be scratched from the tournament.

9 Referees are not mandatory until the semi-finals and can be arranged by home players up until then.

10 Table fees are to be covered by the home player. Unless both players are at their home club and then table fees are to be equally shared.

11 Any players arriving late for a match will lose 1 frame for every 15 minutes late and the match if they are 30 minutes late. Final decision to be left with the Tournament organisers.

12 Players in competitions withdrawing before being eliminated from the competition without good reason will receive a warning letter. If that particular player receives two warnings in a space of three years, he will be suspended from playing in the competition for a period of one year
13 A dress code of trousers, shoes, collared shirt or a polo shirt will be enforced the finals day and finals.
