• Doors open at 10.30am with play starting at 10.45am on Saturday 24th November.
• The format for the day will be double elimination up to the last 16 with a full field of 32. If we have less numbers than this, then this will be amended. • It will be a race to 8 on main/winner’s side and a race to 6 on the loser’s side. It will be winner breaks through out. • The draw will be completed on the Thursday/Friday prior to the tournament. You will be contacted with you start time after the draw is complete, so please make sure you are on time if you are on the 10.45 time slot. • If you are late your opponent will be awarded a rack for every 5 minutes you are late or if not in by 20 minutes after your start time you will forfeit you game no exceptions. |
