Welcome to the 2025 VNEA Counties 8-Ball Championship. This tournament is part of the 2025 VNEA New Zealand Tour. Along with the Counties Open, the Tour consists of the West Auckland Open, the Waikato Open, the South Taranaki Open, and New Zealand Championship events.
These tournaments will all be ranking events with the points contributing to the overall NZ VNEA rankings that are used to select the team for the 2026 World Champs in Las Vegas. As an added bonus, the highest ranked player from the Tour, excluding league rankings, will earn a place in the 2026 NZ team to compete in the World Champs in Las Vegas! The 2025 VNEA Counties 8-Ball Championship will be a one-day event starting at 9:30am on Saturday November 8 at Massé Pukekohe. The entry fee for senior players is $50, and $10 for junior players. Format will be section play with post-section knockout. First place is guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 with 100% of entry fees paid out as prize money. We will also run a plate event. Entry closes on Friday November 7 at noon. |
