FOUNDATION HISTORY
The Association of Qatar Billiards & Snooker was founded in 1991 formed by a decision from Shaikh Mohamed Bin Eid Al-Thani – Minister of Youth and Sports. On 1997 the formal title has been changed from Association to a Federation.

Building a strong base of players to lead the game of Billiard-Pool and Snooker to the world class, and to be based on well thought out plans & constructive strategies.
