OBK ønsker Ivo Aarts velkommen til klubben!

I started playing at the age of 8 years old. Now I´m 25 and my best results so far are 6 x Dutch Youth Champion, 4 x Dutch Champion Men, Silver medal European Championship 10-ball 2014, Bronze medal 9-ball European Championship 2013 and Gold medal European Championship teams 2013. My straight pool record is 210 balls.

 

I moved to Norway the 14th of february due to my relationship with a Norwegian girl. Oslo Biljard Klubb is closest club to my home and I´ve heard lot of great things about the club.

I´m gonna try to play the weekly tournament as much as I can in addition to practice for the big european events.

 

One of my goals is to keep my place in the top 32 on the European Ranking. Next to that I want to qualify for the World Championships end of this year in Qatar.

 

I will probably be at least 2 days a week at the pool hall. For me, the best practice is to combine exercises with “fun” time and play some matches. Thats how I always kept the spirit in the practise.

 

I know the international Norwegian players quite well from the European Championships and Eurotours. In addition I know some of the Norwegian youth players also who play in Oslo.
