Gary Carr Rules:
Cueball can be placed anywhere on the table at all times when you are awarded a foul in your favour even if you scratch on the break off shot.
When awarded a foul, cueball in hand from anywhere on the table and you have 1 shot (like international rules)
If you pot a ball off the break off shot, you can choose to play on any color and whatever you pot are your colors. If both colours go in the same shot, it is still an open table until you pot 1 ball (Just like blackball rules)
When playing the Black ball you must nominate the pocket if it is not a direct shot, ex: doubles, triples, from being snookered etc. Flukes are not accepted when playing the 8ball unless in the same pocket. If the black is fluked, you lose the frame.
Skill shot can be played at all times even if your last ball is a colour and you pot the 8ball in the same shot (like blackball rules)
When you are snookered, the ball you hit first must hit a cushion afterwards (like international rules)
No Tap break, if guilty, loss of frame.
A Golden Break and a Golden Duck are a YES for these tournaments.
Shark Rack is allowed as a 'triangle'.
You cannot pot your opponents ball when hitting your ball first and not potting it also. (like blackball rules)
Premier and 1st Division players (both organizations) do not give frames advantage, players who play in 2nd Division or 3rd Division get 2 frames advantage unless you are an ex-European / World Champion, Team Malta Mens A ex-representative or play at a certain level.
Matches best of 13 and Final Best of 15.
If a woman enters the tournament, she gets 2 frames advantage.
You will be only fully registered to these tournament when you pay. First come first serve basis according to payment! Max players 32.
