An introduction to how you can give other users edit access to your tournaments, leagues and other stuff in Cuescore.
In Cuescore you have the option to share edit access with others to a number of objects. Example of objects are typically a tournament, team, PRO account, ranking list, venue.
By default, the person that creates an object also have full edit access.
Simply go to the page in question, e.g a tournament you have created, and press the “Share” button located close to the top right on the page.
As you already have edit access, you will see a list of those who have access to edit the page.
Grant access to others by searching their name and adding them. They will be notified by email (including a link to the shared object).
In the list you can also remove the access by pressing the (X) besides the name.
To share full access to your Cuescore PRO, go to the public PRO home page and press the Share link. Example - https://cuescore.com/cuescore
This share option is usually used when you want to give others in the club access to create official club tournaments and general access to the functionality.
In many cases you just want to share access to a tournament manager or someone helping to organize an event. If so, sharing access to the tournament only might be a good option.
NOTE: By adding a person as Tournament manager in Cuescore, you only inform that he/she is the tournament manager and show the contact details. You do not share Edit access with the person.
