The NBCA is an association created in order to promote Blackball and Chinese 8-ball in Norway through qualifying tournaments connected to international events around the world. We are connected to JOY billiards in China for The Chinese 8-ball and the EUROPEAN Blackball Association for Blackball so far. We hope to multiply agreements with other associations to increase the number of destinations we can offer to our players.
