The MEZZ HILL HILL HCP OPEN 2026 brings together players of different skill levels in a competitive and balanced Handicap Tournament, giving everyone a real opportunity to compete, challenge themselves and fight for the win.

🏆🔥 MINIMUM PRIZE FUND — €7,777.77 🔥🏆

Players from Estonia and across Europe are warmly welcome to join us for a great weekend of competitive pool, exciting matches and a professional tournament atmosphere.

💰 ENTRY FEE BASED ON HANDICAP

The entry fee is determined by the player's Handicap (HCP):

HCP 0 — €130
HCP 1 — €110
HCP 2 — €90
HCP 3 — €80
HCP 4 — €70
HCP 5 — €60
HCP 6 — €50

⚠️ HANDICAP ADJUSTMENTS DURING THE TOURNAMENT

A player's Handicap may be adjusted during the tournament if the organizers determine that the assigned HCP does not accurately reflect the player's actual playing level.

If a player is found to be stronger than initially expected and their HCP is increased, the player must pay the difference according to the new entry fee.

If a player is found to be weaker than initially expected and their HCP is decreased, the difference will be refunded to the player.

Any Handicap adjustment and the corresponding entry fee adjustment will be determined by the tournament organizers.

🎱 PLAYING CONDITIONS & LIVE SCORING

The tournament will be played on 15 Rasson pool tables with Aramith balls.

All tables will be equipped with CueScore Live Scoreboards, allowing match scores to be updated and followed live throughout the tournament.

Selected matches will also be broadcast live on the @MezzHillHillBilliardCafé YouTube channels, giving players, friends and fans the opportunity to follow the action online. 📺🔥
