Dates: August 29-30 Venue: City Billiards, Constanta, Romania Game: 9-BALL Format: Double KO - Race to 8; Last 16 single KO - Race to 9. Alternate break. The 9 ball on the spot. Two ball in the back of rack. Break from inside the box. Entry fee 50€. Ladies & juniors 30€ Maximum participants 96 !!! Registration deadline and the draw - 28 August 20:00 h.
