Ja dalībnieks kavēs turnīru, par to obligāti ir jāinformē turnīra vadītājs un ierašanās laiku līdz reģistrācijas beigām plkst.18.00. Ja dalībnieks laikus neatsaka dalību turnīrā, nākamo reizi dalības maksa jāmaksā par abām reizēm. Ja dalībnieks kavēs vairāk par 30 min, turnīra vadītājs ir tiesīgs atteikt dalību turnīrā.

Dalības maksa: 15 EUR (jauniešiem līdz 18 gadu vecumam 10 EUR). Jāiemaksā turnīra organizētājam skaidrā naudā.

Dalībnieku skaits:
POOL8 un POOL10 – līdz 34 dalībniekiem
POOL9 – līdz 40 dalībniekiem

Disciplīnas:
POOL8 – mēneša pirmās divas trešdienas
POOL9 – mēneša trešā trešdiena; ja mēnesī ir piecas trešdienas, tad tiek spēlēts trešajā un ceturtajā
POOL10 – mēneša pēdējā trešdiena

Turnīra izspēle: Spēles tiks aizvadītas grupās līdz 3 uzvarām, labākie spēlētāji turpina cīņu playoff kārtās. Dalībnieki tiek sadalīti grupās 4-5 spēlētāji un katrā grupā ir viens izsētais spēlētājs atbilstoši https://www.pool8.tv/elo-ranking.

Dalības ierobežojumi: Turnīrā nedrīkst piedalīties Latvijas čempioni kopējā un meistaru 45+ kategorijā jebkurā biljarda veidā (individuālajās disciplīnās): http://www.lrbf.lv/latvijas-cempioni/
Turnīros nedrīkst piedalīties piedalīties arī spēlētāji, kuri ieguvuši titulus ārpus Latvijas, piemēram, Eiropas čempionātos, jebkurā kategorijā. Tāpat turnīros nedrīkst piedalīties sportisti no Krievijas un Baltkrievijas. Ja BAMS Latvijas amatieru līgas spēlētājs titulu ieguvis tekošajā gadā, sezonu drīkst pabeigt un ierobežojumi stājas spēkā no nākamā gada.

Apģērba noteikumi: Sportista apģērbam jābūt tīram un kārtīgam. Turnīra vadītāja lēmums par apģērba atbilstību ir galējs. Turnīra laikā nav atļauts izmantot austiņas, izņemot ar oficiālu ārsta izziņu.

Speciālie izsitiena noteikumi:
POOL8 – alternatīvais izsitiens (“pēc kārtas”).
POOL9 – alternatīvais izsitiens (“pēc kārtas”), novietojot 9. bumbu uz mājas punkta un ievērojot 3 bumbu noteikumu (“spēka izsitiens”).
POOL10 – alternatīvais izsitiens (“pēc kārtas”), izsitienu veicot no mājas daļas – “ārpus boksa”.

Spēlētāju pienākumi:
1. Uzsākt spēli uzreiz pēc turnīra vadītāja lūguma
2. Pirms spēles sākuma uz planšetdatora atzīmēt, kurš spēlētājs uzsāk spēli.
3. Spēles rezultāts tiek fiksēts uz planšetdatora.
4. Spēle tiek uzskatīta par pabeigtu, kad uz planšetdatora ir ievadīts gala rezultāts un nospiesta poga “Finish”.
5. Pēc spēles noslēguma uzvarētājam nekavējoties jāpaziņo turnīra vadītājam, ka spēle ir beigusies, nosaucot galda numuru, lai varētu uzsākt nākamo maču.

Papildus elementi: Turnīra laikā dalībnieki izmanto tikai trīsstūra trafaretu jeb “magic rack” bumbu salikšanai un rezultātu tablo.

Trīsstūra trafareta noņemšana: Pēc izsitiena trīsstūra trafaretu jānoņem no galda pēc iespējas ātrāk, neizkustinot bumbas. Ja bumbas traucē noņemt trīsstūra trafaretu, tad to jānoņem no galda pretiniekam. Ja nav traucējošu bumbu, sportists var to var noņemt no galda pats. Trīsstūra trafaretu var tikt noņemts no galda, ja to noņemšanu traucē ne vairāk kā divas bumbas, izņemot gadījumu, kad bumbas atrodas kontaktā viena ar otru. Kad kāds sportists trīsstūra trafaretu pārvieto no tā sākotnējās atrašanās vietas pēc izsitiena, tas pārstāj būt par galda sastāvdaļu un jebkurš bumbu kontakts ar to ir pārkāpums.

Sākotnējā bumbu salikšana: Spēlēs bumbas pirms izsitiena ir jāsaliek nejaušā kārtībā, izņemot bumbas, kurām savā disciplīnā ir paredzēta noteikta vieta. Nav atļauts likt kādas bumbas apzināti noteiktā kārtībā vai vietā.

Pārtraukums: Spēlētājs spēles laikā pārtraukumu var izmantot tikai labierīcību apmeklēšanai. Spēles laikā aizliegts iet pie bāra. Pārtraukums var tikt paņemts starp partijām.

Ekipējums: Aizliegts izmantot vielas, piemēram, talku, bērnu pūderi un citas vielas, kas var bojāt galdu un bumbu kvalitāti.

Nesportiska uzvedība: nolikums turnīra vadītājam piešķir iespējas sodīt par nesportisku uzvedību. Šādu lēmumu pieņemšanā tiek ņemti vērā vairāki faktori, ieskaitot iepriekšējo rīcību, iepriekšējos brīdinājumus, cik nopietns ir pārkāpums, un informāciju, kas sportistiem varētu būt sniegta pirms turnīra sākuma. Ja sportists apvaino turnīra vadītāju vai kādu citu spēlētāju, pārkāpējs tiek sodīts līdz pat diskvalifikācijai no turnīra. Ja turnīra vadītājs uzskata, ka sportists nav spējīgs uzsākt vai turpināt spēli dēļ acīmredzama apreibuma, viņi ir tiesīgi piemērot soda mērus līdz pat sportista diskvalifikācijai.

Spēlētāju vietu sadalījums grupā: Lai sadalītu spēlētāju vietas grupā, vispirms tiek vērtēts zaudēto spēļu skaits (LOSE), tad uzvarēto un zaudēto freimu attiecība (FS), tad uzvarēto freimu skaits (FW). Ja iepriekšējie 3 rādītāji ir vienādi, tad tiek vērtēta spēlētāju savstarpējā spēle.

Balvu fonds: No dalības maksas tiek veidoti trīs balvu fondi – treniņiem/izaugsmei, mēneša un gada. Balvu fonds ir atkarīgs no dalībnieku skaita.
Treniņiem/izaugsmei* – katru mēnesi tiek organizēti vismaz 2-3 grupu treniņi pie sertificēta trenera, kuros ir ierobežots vietu skaits un var piedalīties tikai tie, kuri konkrētajā mēnesī ir apmeklējuši vismaz 1 turnīru.
Mēneša* – tiek apbalvoti katra mēneša TOP3 spēcīgākie spēlētāji.
Gada* – Tiek apbalvoti spēcīgākie TOP10 spēlētāji, kā arī papildus nominācijas, piemēram, Labākais debitants u.c.
*Apbalvojumus var saņemt un treniņos drīkst piedalīties tikai tie spēlētāji, kuri ir nokārtojuši saistības ar turnīra vadītāju.

Time: every Wednesday at 19:00. Warm-up from 18:00.
If a participant is late for the tournament, it is mandatory to inform the tournament director about it and the time of arrival by the end of registration at 18:00. If the participant does not cancel the tournament in time, the next time the participation fee must be paid for both times. If the participant is late for more than 30 minutes, the tournament director has the right to refuse participation in the tournament.

Participation fee: 15 EUR (for young people under 18 years of age 10 EUR). Must be paid to the tournament organizer in cash.

Number of participants:
POOL8 – up to 34 participants
POOL9 and POOL10 – up to 40 participants

Disciplines:
POOL8 – first two Wednesdays of the month
POOL9 – third Wednesday of the month; if there are five Wednesdays in the month, then the game is played on the third and fourth
POOL10 – last Wednesday of the month

Tournament format: Games will be played in groups up to 3 wins, the best players continue the fight in the playoff rounds. Participants are divided into groups of 4-5 players and each group has one seeded player according to https://www.pool8.tv/elo-ranking.

Participation restrictions: Latvian champions in the overall and masters 45+ category in any billiards style (in individual disciplines) may not participate in the tournament: http://www.lrbf.lv/latvijas-cempioni/
Players who have won titles outside Latvia, for example, in the European Championships, in any category, may not participate in the tournaments. Also, athletes from Russia and Belarus are not allowed to participate in tournaments. If a BAMS Latvian Amateur League player has won the title in the current year, the season may be completed and the restrictions come into effect from the following year.

Clothing rules: Athlete's clothing must be clean and neat. The tournament director's decision on the suitability of clothing is final. Headphones are not allowed to be used during the tournament, except with an official doctor's certificate.

Special knockout rules:
POOL8 – alternative knockout (“in turn”).
POOL9 – alternative knockout (“in turn”), placing the 9th ball on the home point and observing the 3-ball rule (“power knockout”).
POOL10 – alternative knockout (“in turn”), with the knockout being performed from the home part – “outside the box”.

Players' responsibilities:
1. Start the game immediately upon the request of the tournament director
2. Before the start of the match, the player who begins the game must be selected and marked on the tablet.
3. The match result must be recorded on the tablet.
4. The match is considered finished once the final result has been entered on the tablet and the “Finish” button has been pressed.
5. After the match has ended, the winner must immediately inform the tournament director that the match at the specified table number has finished, so that the next match can begin.

Additional elements: During the tournament, participants use only a triangular stencil or “magic rack” for arranging balls and the scoreboard.

Removing the triangular stencil: After a shot, the triangular stencil must be removed from the table as quickly as possible, without moving the balls. If the balls interfere with removing the triangular stencil, then the opponent must remove it from the table. If there are no interfering balls, the athlete can remove it from the table himself. The triangular stencil may be removed from the table if no more than two balls interfere with its removal, except when the balls are in contact with each other. When a player moves the triangle stencil from its original location after a hit, it ceases to be part of the table and any contact with the ball with it is a violation.
Initial ball arrangement: In games, the balls must be arranged in a random order before the hit, except for balls that are assigned a specific location in their discipline. It is not allowed to deliberately place any balls in a specific order or location.

Break: A player may only use a break during a game to visit the restrooms. It is prohibited to go to the bar during a game. A break may be taken between games.

Equipment: It is prohibited to use substances such as talcum powder, baby powder and other substances that may damage the table and the quality of the balls.

Unsportsmanlike conduct: The regulations give the tournament director the ability to penalize unsportsmanlike conduct. Several factors are taken into account in making such decisions, including previous conduct, previous warnings, the seriousness of the offense, and information that athletes may have been given before the tournament. If an athlete insults a tournament director or another player, the offender will be punished up to and including disqualification from the tournament. If the tournament director believes that an athlete is unable to start or continue the game due to obvious intoxication, they have the right to apply sanctions up to and including disqualification of the athlete.

Player Placement in the Group: To distribute players' places in the group, the number of games lost (LOSE) is first evaluated, then the ratio of frames won to lost (FS), then the number of frames won (FW). If the previous 3 indicators are equal, then the players' mutual play is evaluated.

Prize pool: Three prize pools are created from the participation fee – for training/growth, monthly and annual. The prize pool depends on the number of participants.
For training/growth* – at least 2-3 group training sessions with a certified trainer are organized every month, in which the number of places is limited and only those who have attended at least 1 tournament in a given month can participate.
Monthly* – the TOP3 strongest players of each month are awarded.
Annual* – the TOP10 strongest players are awarded, as well as additional nominations, such as Best Rookie, etc.
*Awards can be received and training sessions may only be attended by players who have fulfilled their obligations to the tournament manager.
